Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction:
These Terms and Condi ons ("Terms") govern the rela onship between you ("Client" or "you") and Funtrippin ("Funtrippin," "company," "we," or "us"). By booking any tour or service with Funtrippin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Code of Conduct:
Funtrippin reserves the right to evict any par cipant without a refund if they violate camp rules or engage in inappropriate behavior with fellow travelers.
Respect for fellow travelers, the environment, and property is required. Any damages caused to campsite property, including tents, ma resses, or other items, must be compensated for by the traveler based on the current market value.
3. Safety and Responsibility:
Funtrippin is not responsible for guests’ whereabouts or safety outside the designated camping areas.
While we strive to ensure a safe experience, Funtrippin is not liable for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are advised to carry valid government-issued iden fica on at all mes.
Hot water availability at the campsite cannot be guaranteed.
4. Guest and Visitor Policy:
Only guests who have pre-booked with Funtrippin are allowed at the campsite. Any addi onal guests must be pre-approved by Funtrippin management.
5. Booking Confirma on:
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Without full payment, we cannot guarantee reserva ons for campsites, hotels, or transport.
6. Transporta on Delays and Con ngencies:
In the event of transporta on delays, including vehicle breakdowns, travelers will be required to wait for repairs. No alterna ve transport will be provided.
Funtrippin is not responsible for delays or i nerary changes due to circumstances such as natural hazards, adverse weather, roadblocks, poli cal disturbances, or other unforeseen events.
Funtrippin is not liable for delays in reaching des na ons due to traffic. Delays may result in the cancella on of planned sightseeing or ac vi es for that day.
7. I nerary Modifica ons:
Trip organizers and coordinators reserve the right to modify the i nerary based on real- me condi ons. We appreciate your coopera on in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all travelers.
8. Payment Terms:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your trip.
Final payment must be completed 15 days prior to the start of the trip. Funtrippin accepts all payment methods for convenience.
9. Refund and Cancella on Policy:
The ini al booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancella ons made:
- 20 days or more before the trip: 50% refund of total payment (if full payment has been made).
- 15 to 10 days before the trip: 30% refund of total payment.
- 0 to 10 days before the trip: No refund will be provided.
10. Liability and Personal Responsibility:
Funtrippin takes no responsibility for injury, loss, or the of personal items during the trip. Guests are advised to exercise cau on and keep their valuables secure.
11. General Conduct:
Please respect the environment, adhere to guidelines provided by Funtrippin staff, and cooperate with us to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for everyone.
